
Christine Sete
Christine Sete is a program manager at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) with ten years of experience in development finance. In her current position, she supports SECO’s engagements in the areas of sustainable finance, impact investing and blended finance. She played a pivotal role in co-creating a public-private initiative in 2021 designed to promote innovative financial products, foster a thriving ecosystem, and to de-risk impact investment in emerging markets.
Prior to that, she was a Senior Advisor at the Board of Directors of the African Development Bank in Côte d’Ivoire and an Advisor for trade negotiations at SECO. Christine holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and an Executive Certificate in SDG Investing from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
