Nadia Nikolova

Nadia Nikolova is CEO of responsAbility and previously served as MD, Head of Development Finance and Impact Credit at Allianz Global Investors. During her tenure at AllianzGI from 2014 onwards, she helped establish the firm as a market leader in the eyes of investors and the impact finance community in blended finance and European impact credit. She raised over USD 4 billion through various fundraising cycles for innovative products, including most recently the Allianz Impact Private Credit fund.

She is also active in various international organisations around impact investing, including the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), the Investor Leadership Network, Sustainable Markets Initiative, the Climate Capital Mobilisation Accelerator Commissioner and the Swiss Sustainable Finance Impact Investing Focus Group.
