Lucy Thomas

Lucy Thomas joined UBS as Head of Sustainable Investing and Impact for Asset Management in January 2022.

Lucy was previously Head of Investment Stewardship at TCorp, the financial markets partner of the New South Wales Government in Australia. In this role, she developed and implemented a global best practice sustainable investing framework and was a member of the Management Investment Committee overseeing AUD110bn in assets.

Prior to this, she was Global Head of Sustainable Investment for Willis Towers Watson from 2014-2018. Lucy is a member of the Task Force for Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and a sits on the IFRS International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Investor Advisory Group.
