Natalia Soboleva

Natalia is a founding member of the Sustainability Operating Committee of Generali Switzerland, Member of the Generali’s Group Sustainability Network and contributes to the preparation of the impact report of the Generali Group. Natalia drives the impact investment initiatives with Generali Switzerland, monitors their implementation and ensures the set KPIs are achieved.

Being responsible for the governance (risk mitigation, risk management, compliance) and operational excellence for all processes within Investment area of Generali Switzerland including supervision of the own asset management company, Natalia ensures the smooth operations (governance) and compliance. Furthermore, Natalia supports the development of the sustainability strategy and ensure its implementation within Generali’s Pension Fund.
